Flux Phenom screen doors are backed by a Lifetime Replacement Guarantee for quality-related issues.

If there’s a quality issue, we’ll replace it for free.

This guarantee applies only to products purchased directly from Flux Phenom or our parent company, Upper Echelon Products, and requires registration after purchase.

Need a replacement?

To redeem a replacement under warranty, email us the following:

  • Order confirmation or Order ID
  • Product name or title if you have multiple orders
  • Brief description of the issue
  • Photos of the damage, if applicable
